KITCHEN AND BATH DESIGN SERVICES

As an independent Certified Kitchen and Bath Designer in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area, I work to direct you toward finding the most cost-effective resources for your project. I don’t promote or sell any product lines, but have had broad experience working with better cabinets, plumbing fixtures, surface materials and appliances. I can also refer you to contractors, architects or other skilled professionals your project might require.

I produce my drawings using a CAD drawing program that allows me to easily produce both elevations and perspective drawings. Perspective drawings, which give a three-dimensional view, are especially useful during the early stages of planning to help you get a sense of what your finished remodel will look like.

An initial consultation at your residence is subject to a two-hour minimum charge, plus travel time if outside San Francisco. Please feel free to call me to discuss your project at length before scheduling a meeting to determine whether I am the right designer for you. At that time I can also provide you with a list of references.

My typical fee for a kitchen design is $2500 - $4500. My typical fee for a bathroom design is $1500 - $3000. These figures can vary depending on the number of changes that occur and the complexity of the project. If you prefer, we can set a dollar limit.
